This can be a simple process, from removing clutter and rearranging furniture to completely redecorating and re-furnishing all of the rooms in the home. We will do as little or as much as you want. We help you appeal to the broadest possible market by neutralizing the home and making it warm and inviting.
- Vacant: An empty house can feel cold and unwelcoming to prospective buyers. And confusing, as potential buyers question the usefulness - even the function - of a room. Without furnishings, buyers often have difficulty imagining how a vacant home would look furnished and figuring out how the home functions. It's also hard to get a feel for the size of a home when it's vacant. Furniture can provide a guage, and allow the buyer to see what their house is capable of looking like. Buyers often like to sit down in a home they're considering to get a sense of how they'll feel living there. An unfurnished house doesn't give them this option. Using our extensive inventory, we will give your home the "model" look that evokes a lifestyle buyers aspire to.
- Staging Consultation: Our ASP team does a thorough inspection of your property, inside and outside. We will then prepare a comprehensive written report of our recommendations. These recommendations are to be completed by you.
